DuPont™ Tyvek® 600 Plus coverall with hood and integrated socks and additional knee flap; is available in white; robust yet lightweight (groter dan 250 g per garment); self-adhesive chin flap for tight fitting of suit to mask; elasticated hood, wrists and ankles, as well as glued elastic at the waist; elastic thumb loops prevent the sleeves from being pulled up; the coverall provides the ideal balance of protection, durability and comfort; it is permeable to both air and water vapor, yet repels water-based liquids and aerosols; offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibers (up to 1 micron in size); antistatic treatment (EN 1149-5) on both sides; stitched and over-taped seams for protection and strength; Tyvek® zipper and self-adhesive zipper flap for enhanced protection; applications for Tyvek® 600 Plus garments include maintenance and dismantling work in the nuclear industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or research and biosafety laboratories, as well as medical applications and exposure to biological hazards.
